Return and cancellation rights
Sometimes you may want to return an order. Maybe because you don't like the product, or maybe there is another reason why you don't want the order. In any case, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.
A return is easy and can be made in three steps:
Step 1: Send us an e-mail and state that you would like to exchange or return something.
Step 2: Fill out the return form and send your order back.
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to include a track & trace code in the package so that both you and we can track the shipment.
Step 3: Get your money back
As soon as we receive your return, we will transfer the purchase amount back to your bank account within 2 working days.
